Each Lincoln community has its own unique attributes. I have broken Lincoln into 6 different communities. Their are multiple sub communities in these 6 and you can feel free to reach out to me to get more details or a custom search set up for those specific communities. But you really can’t go wrong with any of the Lincoln communities. It just depends on what you are looking for in a community and what price range you are shopping.

I also added west Roseville and Rocklin because those are the two closest neighboring communities 
and you might want to look there for comparables. Plus it is always good to be an educated buyer and see what properties are going for in neighboring communities.
